Acceptance of Terms: By at The Boardwalk Hotel, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not park at our facilities.

Payment Terms: All fees for parking must be paid in advance. Acceptable forms of payment include credit/debit cards.

Time Limits: The maximum time limit is 3pm on the day of arrival until 11 am on the day of checkout. 

Security: The Boardwalk Hotel exterior is monitored by security cameras for added security. However, we are not responsible for any loss or damage to your vehicle while it is parked in our facilities.

Handicap Accessible Parking: Handicap accessible parking is available for our patrons with disabilities. This spaces is reserved for vehicles with valid handicap parking permits.

Commercial Vehicles: Commercial vehicles are allowed in the parking lot, but there may be restrictions on the size and type of commercial vehicle, and additional fees may apply.

Changes to Terms and Conditions: The Boardwalk Hotel reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our facilities constitutes your acceptance of any changes to these terms.

Limitation of Liability: The Boardwalk Hotel is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our parking facilities.

Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of California.

By using the parking facilities at The Boardwalk Hotel, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
